Walk-In Wednesdays!

- Come meet our team! Every Wednesday from 9 AM- 3 PM we welcome applicants for on-site interviews

- Address: 12 Northpoint Dr, Streator, IL 61364

- Look for Teleperformance signage (our parent company) and enter the door under the "Now Hiring" sign

- Upon arrival, please let the front desk know that you are there for an interview

- Please wear a mask and social distance during your visit.

PAY: $12.50/hour + commission

COMMISSION POTENTIAL: Qualified Agents are making $500- $3,000/month in Commission on TOP of their base pay!!

This means that our Agents are making $15-29/hour (includes base plus commission)!

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5pm

Qualifications

· Prior customer service experience (collections or call center experience is a plus)

· Professional verbal communication skills

· Outstanding attendance & work ethic

· Strong ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers

· Must be self-motivated

· Problem solving and critical thinking

· Must be proficient in time management

· Negotiation skills

· Goal oriented

· Computer knowledge/skills

· Good typing/keyboarding skills

· Ability and openness to work professionally with a diverse customer base

· Works well in team setting

· A criminal background check and drug screen is required
