Once you’re hired by AllianceOne, you’ll undergo training designed for the client or product you will be supporting. You’ll then be expected to meet a certain number of expectations and reach certain dollar amount goals on a monthly basis. Anyone who meets those goals, and has the drive and motivation to succeed, can easily move up the career ladder.
Agents are often promoted to Team Lead and then Supervisor positions. From there the options expand. You may choose to stay in operations management and become an Assistant Call Center Manager (ACCM). ACCMs often become Call Center Managers (CCM) but have also moved into a variety of other positions with the company.
Additionally our employees may have opportunities to move into one of our many support functions such as Recruiting, Training, Human Resources, Client Services, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Business Analytics, Help Desk or Information Technology.
